Pre-trip contact was informative and current. Much of the pre-travel information was most helpful in my journey planning and helped me prepare for what I would encounter on arrival at my destination.
Transfers were arranged by Joshua and ran seamlessly. On arrival at my destination, I was made to feel welcome into a group of keen photographers from around the world. We were grouped by Joshua for our activity program, but he always listened to requests for adjustments according to personal preference or requirements. These changes were subsequently arranged where possible in a calm and sensitive manner. Joshua was available for advice or assistance as needed and shared his photographic expertise and passion in a generous manner. His rapport with local management and staff was excellent and whatever problem or concern may arise he was able to fix it.
